Do you sell to individuals or only businesses?

Both. We work with manufacturers, contractors, hobbyists, and engineers. There's no minimum order on standard springs.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum. Single-piece walk-ins are common at our Valenzuela factory — bring a sample and we'll usually coil it while you wait. Production runs scale up to 100,000 pieces.

Do you ship outside Metro Manila?

Yes. We ship anywhere in the Philippines via partner couriers (LBC, J&T, Lalamove for Metro). International shipping by request.

How fast can I get a custom spring?

For a single-piece walk-in with simple geometry: often under an hour at our factory. For production runs: a quote in 24 hours, first batch in 1–3 weeks depending on complexity and material.

What materials do you stock?

Stainless spring steel and high-carbon spring steel for general spring work. Chrome silicon and chrome vanadium for die-spring grades. Polyurethane elastomer for urethane springs. Specialty alloys can be sourced for production runs on request.

Can I see a sample before placing the full order?

Yes. We can produce a single prototype for evaluation. Lead time and price quoted with the full order.

Do you provide material certificates?

Yes — on request, at no extra cost for runs above 500 pieces. Standard mill certs for stainless and carbon. Full traceability available for medical and aerospace work.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, GCash, credit card (via the website), and PayPal. Standard terms: 50% deposit before manufacturing, 50% on delivery.
