If you have a drawing, we can probably coil it. From 0.1mm medical wire to 10mm heavy-machinery coils.
Send us specs, a sample, or a rough sketch — we'll engineer and coil. We've made custom springs for almost every Philippine industry: medical devices, motorcycle suspensions, machine-shop presses, electronics, commercial doors. Production runs from a single piece (often within an hour at the factory) to 100,000 pieces.
Walk in with a sample. We can usually replicate a simple geometry on the spot. For larger runs, expect first-piece QC on every batch. Material certificates and dimensional reports available on request.

Materials & finishes
Stainless spring steel and high-carbon spring steel for most spring types. Chrome silicon and chrome vanadium for die-spring grades. Polyurethane elastomer for urethane springs. Finishes available: zinc plating, black oxide, phosphate, passivated stainless.

Dimensions & tolerances
Wire diameter range: 0.1mm – 10mm. Tolerance: ±0.05mm wire, ±1% free length, ±10% load. Squareness: 3° or less. Custom geometries to drawing — send a sample or a sketch.

Walk-in single-piece custom: often within an hour at our Valenzuela factory for standard geometries. Stock items: 2–5 days. Production runs: 1–3 weeks. No minimum order — single piece available.
